CANCELLATION POLICY
Rose Tresses Hair Salon Cancellation & Booking Policy We value your time and ours, so please review our updated terms and conditions before booking: •Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable. •Rescheduling and Cancellations: •Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. •Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. •A 20% cancellation fee applies to all no-shows. •Deposit Forfeiture: Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if the client cancels or is a no-show. •No-Show Policy: No-call or no-show appointments may be charged up to the full service amount. •Payment: Card payments only are accepted. Taxes are included in the total price. •Rescheduling Process: All reschedule requests must be made through the link in your confirmation email.
